Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Number Puzzle Android application. By installing or using the app, you agree to them. They are deliberately brief — this is a single-player puzzle game with no accounts and no purchases, so there is not much to agree to.

Licence to use the app

You may install and use the app on any device you control, for personal, non-commercial use, free of charge. This licence is non-exclusive and can be ended if you breach these terms.

You may not:

• Copy, redistribute or sell the app or any part of it
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract its source code, except where that right cannot be excluded by law
• Remove or obscure any notice, credit or branding within the app
• Interfere with the advertising the app displays, or use the app to generate artificial advertising activity

Advertising

The app is free and supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. Ads are selected and delivered by Google, not by us, and we do not control which specific advertisements you see. What data this involves is set out in the privacy policy.

Your game data

Your progress, best times and settings are stored only on your device. There is no account and no backup on our side, so uninstalling the app, clearing its data, or changing device will lose that progress permanently. We cannot recover it for you.

Availability and changes

The app is provided as-is and may be updated, changed or withdrawn from Google Play at any time. We do not guarantee it will remain available, or that it will run on every device or every future version of Android.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use it at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including lost game progress or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Third-party terms

The app is distributed through Google Play, and your use of it is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Where those terms conflict with these, Google's apply to matters of distribution and payment.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one published at this address, with the date shown at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
